Berry, Berry, Good....

Spent the Weekend in Wisconsin, eating a lot, drinking a bit, gaining a couple of the lost 10 pounds back...was 191 when I left Friday AM, back up to 194.2 this morning.  Patrica, Anissa, stopped and had a second Sunday Breakfast{albeit at Noontime} with oldest son Sam and a friend at Egg Harbor, near Bensenville, Illinois, on our way back.....here is my Berry loaded Oatmeal::

Rained Overnight in West Central Ohio....but even with the wind and rain, the leaves, this fall, have been hanging around much longer than previous years.  I snapped a few shots this morning, the best of those between Celina and Coldwater, along the Celina/Coldwater Bike Path:

Welcome to the New Hoot Gibson Photography Blog

With four blogs on my "list" and currently only one active and another used for family historical purposes....I have decided to dump the one concerning my health{back and Diabetes 2} issues...because frankly, approaching 65{next March}, I have not felt better since I was in my mid 30s....the mid 1980s to be exact.  So I'm switching this Blog over to my unofficial Alter-Ego Photography Blog....and away we go!  Stay Tuned!

Changes...

After getting back from the Howard County/Kokomo, Indiana, Vietnam Veteran Reunion this weekend, I sadly discovered our regular physician was retiring, immediately!  Still a young man in his 50s he has been experiencing some medical problems, including short term memory loss....details which need not be laid out here.

In the past month my blood pressure has continued in the normal to slightly above normal range...sadly my weight has increased 8 to10 pounds, but is still 20 or so pounds below what it was 2 years ago when I started on this Diabetes 2 Diet plan....the big news of late, other than Doc retiring, is that my bad Cholestrol rate is above what it needs to be.  I started on Zocor at the end of August, but am not convinced that I will remain on this Statin.   There appear to be a few side effects that I do not like, but will remain on the drug until the results of my blood work is done by the end of this month.
